How Might We…? A Primer on Design Thinking and Innovation

Co-Presenter – How Might We…? A Primer on Design Thinking and Innovation

You’ve likely heard about Design Thinking in blogs, technology sites, and news publications… But what is Design Thinking? And why should you care?

Attendees to this session will get a primer on the established, but increasingly popular, design-led method. Rather than traditional approaches that start with an end-state solution in mind (what or how), Design Thinking revolves around empathy and focuses on the true understanding of an audience (why). This proven design-led approach addresses key user pain points and improves experiences (both internal and external) with products, tools, processes, and experiences that support their needs, not just the needs of the business.

Learn from Navigate consultants Annalicia Geeter and Kip Wetzel in an energetic and engaging session geared to provide you with Design Thinking insight that you can apply to your biggest imperatives. Learn about product and service companies that have revolutionized their businesses while getting hands-on experience with the tools and techniques that comprise Design Thinking.
