Lisa Van Ess has more than 20 years of experience developing and leading strategic recruiting, HR, and talent management initiatives for companies of various sizes and industries. As Navigate’s Director of People, she is committed to further enhancing the overall employee experience and level of engagement, from talent acquisition through development, and building upon Navigate’s award-winning company culture.
Prior to Navigate, Lisa served as the Director and Coaching Leader at NIIT Technologies; before that, she was Vice President of HR for the Global Operations Unit of SEI, where she spent close to 15 years. She started her HR career in pharmaceutical recruiting, and she later managed the recruiting team for the Northeast regional divisions of Entex Information Services and GE Capital Information Technology Solutions.
